Palmetto GBA Incorrect Claim Rejections- Group NPI and Rendering Provider NPI Do Not Match

Issue Identified 3/19/2018 Palmetto GBA is aware that certain Jurisdiction J Part B claims rejected incorrectly when the billing (group NPI) and rendering provider (individual NPI) combination were submitted correctly. Extended Meaningful Use Stage 2 and Stage 3 Timeline

On December 6th, 2013, CMS proposed a new meaningful use timeline for the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs.
