Comments Period Closed for Stage 2 Proposed Rule

  On Monday, May 7th the comment period closes for the ONC (Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT) proposed rule for Stage 2 Meaningful Use and updated certification criteria. The ONC rule proposes the specifications that Certified EHR Technology will, at the least, need to achieve to successfully meaningfully use the EHR starting in calendar year 2014.
