CMS has released its latest Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey results, highlighting hospitals nationwide that received a 5-star rating for cleanliness. The survey reflects patient experiences between Oct. 1, 2023 – Sept. 30, 2024, with data updated on Aug. 6, 2025.
