The attestation deadline is extended to March 31, 2012 for eligible professionals applying for the 2011 electronic health record (EHR) incentive program. There will be no further extensions.
The Alabama State Level Registry will be offline between Thursday, March 1 and Sunday, March 4, to modify the system in preparation for the launch of Stage 1 Meaningful Use in April 2012.
