Issue Identified 3/19/2018 Palmetto GBA is aware that certain Jurisdiction J Part B claims rejected incorrectly when the billing (group NPI) and rendering provider (individual NPI) combination were submitted correctly. AL Medicaid Enhanced “Bump” Rates Deadline For dates of service on or after October 1, 2016, Alabama Medicaid will resume enhanced payments for the Primary Care Enhanced Rates “Bump” Program. September 14, 2016 –  Alabama Medicaid Agency has notified the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that it will ask to postpone the start date for the proposed Regional Care Organizations until July 1, 2017.
