Palmetto GBA Incorrect Claim Rejections- Group NPI and Rendering Provider NPI Do Not Match

Issue Identified 3/19/2018 Palmetto GBA is aware that certain Jurisdiction J Part B claims rejected incorrectly when the billing (group NPI) and rendering provider (individual NPI) combination were submitted correctly. End of Medicaid Enhanced “Bump” Rates

For dates of service on or after August 1, 2016, Alabama Medicaid will end enhanced payments to primary care physicians. This cut is due to budget constraints at Medicaid.
