End of Medicaid Enhanced “Bump” Rates

For dates of service on or after August 1, 2016, Alabama Medicaid will end enhanced payments to primary care physicians. This cut is due to budget constraints at Medicaid. The 2015 Medicare EHR Incentive Program Hardship Exception Application deadline is July 1, 2016.
